In this role, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of authorization roles for systems and processes within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDetermine authorization roles in scope of deployment activities based on process catalog and global template roles.Collect user requirements for derivation of authorization roles in collaboration with functional workstreams.Identify additional local roles or localization topics and analyze requirements.Provide guidance to regional teams and local organizations on authorization concepts and role design architecture.Coordinate user mapping to authorization roles and access provisioning requests with deployment and support teams.Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and resolve conflicts triggered by role mapping.Define timelines for authorization role scoping, design, build, and test, and provide status reporting to leadership.Support system and user acceptance testing, coordinate defect resolution, and reporting.RequirementsUniversity degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Informatics, or related field.7–10 years of experience in authorization role design & implementation, SU24 maintenance, and access management.Strong background in SAP GRC Access Controls and Business Role Management within large/global organizations.Technical knowledge in SAP FI/CO with solid process knowledge in commercial, finance, and procurement.Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, especially in matrix environments.Experience with SAP Solution Manager is a plus.Fluency in English (C1) is mandatory.Benefits100% remote work from LATAM.6-month contract with potential for extension.International and multicultural work environment.Professional growth in global projects.Apply now and be part of this exciting opportunity!
