NOTE: This is a remote position; however, candidates must be physically located in Peru and authorized to work in Peru to be considered.Position Overview:The Onboarding Technician provides essential technical and configuration support to the Onboarding team for the successful implementation of our web-based case and document management system, Equinox. This role is primarily focused on system setup, data preparation, environment configuration, and internal documentation. Working behind the scenes, the Onboarding Technician ensures all foundational system elements are accurately configured in accordance with client requirements and internal standards.This role works closely with the Senior Onboarding Technician and Onboarding Specialists to keep implementation projects on track, contributing to a seamless client experience..Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support the Onboarding team in the technical implementation and configuration of Equinox systems
  • Create, configure, and maintain trial and production environments based on project scope and client requirements
  • Manage and track extension request and changes to trial environments
  • Collaborate with the Senior Onboarding Technician to ensure timely completion of technical milestones
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on configurations to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain and update internal documentation and configuration reference materials
  • Identify and recommend improvements to onboarding tools, templates, and workflows
  • Provide timely responses to technical setup inquiries from internal stakeholders
  • Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management

Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential function.Education and Experience: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a technical support, onboarding, or systems configuration role (SaaS environment preferred)
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn complex systems and configuration logic
  • Familiarity with administrative-level software configuration a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, required
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
  • Well-organized and able to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work through technical or procedural challenges
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to follow standard operation procedures (SOPs) while identifying areas for improvement
  • A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to collaborate
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish required; fluency in a third language is a plus
