As a Customer Lifecycle Strategist, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, analytics, design, and business teams to develop and optimize programs that drive engagement and maximize subscriber value — all in a privacy-first way.Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine customer engagement and retention strategies for subscription services

- Expertise in email, push, and in-app marketing strategies
- Strong project management skills with sharp attention to detail
- Deep knowledge of A/B testing and performance optimization
