Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:To ensure the delivery of sustainable and profitable retail market share growth across all Monobranded Own/Franchise Retail Stores in LAM operating within the parameters of the Global Retail strategy.Key Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed agreed net sales and profitability targets to fulfill company expectations.
- Lead by example in developing a trading and service culture within the retail back office (RBO) and field teams to deliver the best consumer experience.
- Motivate and inspire the Market field and RBO teams to meet or surpass commercial goals and KPIs, and to build brand equity.
- Support the Retail Director and collaborate with peers to deliver a cohesive,
world-class retail business.
- Implement, promote, and ensure compliance with Global Retail CoE processes and standards for field and RBO operations.
- Develop and execute local retail processes tailored to specific needs in collaboration with the Global Retail CoE.
- Lead and develop District and Store Managers to ensure high-quality store management and build a talent pipeline for higher operational roles.
- Ensure an excellent shopping experience and maximize profitability from the store portfolio, in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Analyze retail KPIs and local trends to identify and recommend commercial opportunities at the market level.
