- Selling products, systems and services focusing on volume and mix to meet profitability targets.
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships, understanding customer needs, promoting customer understanding of our products, systems and/or services offering.
- Creating added value for the customer, and then aligning to provide a solution, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Preparing sales plans and performing regular status reviews to maintain order volumes, and managing administrative sales processes.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in your area.
- Developing and facilitating marketing activities, sharing know-how and promoting cross-collaboration.
- Preparation of offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department, ensuring the appropriate technical and financial aspects are in place, including prices and trading conditions.
- University degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration is preferable.
- Technical sales experience will be considered an advantage.
- Motivated, with a proven record of delivering results above targets and expectations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and global teams and engage with senior leadership.
- Excellent written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish.
