Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.2. Communicate effectively with guests and team members.3. Be proficient in all Guest Service systems and processes.4. Supervise, train, coach, and retrain Guest Service Team on systems, processes, procedures, and guest interaction.5. Oversee and ensure accountability in all aspects of the Guest Service Team’s performance.6. Manage all front office activities during scheduled shifts.7. Monitor and adjust room availability status.8. Check travel agent commissions, franchise frequent stay program activity, and central reservations.9. Maintain records of registration cards, reservations, correspondence, and no-shows.10. Verify Maid’s list and ensure room availability accuracy.11. Audit banks and check dry cleaning status.12. Review and approve time cards.13. Submit daily reports to the Guest Services Manager.14. Maintain good guest relations by staying informed about in-house and area functions to answer questions and concerns promptly.15. Contribute to and maintain communication sources such as log books to enhance department operations.16. Assist other team members and departments to ensure overall hotel performance.17. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.18. Deliver DKN’s "Home Away From Home" experience.19. Note that management may update duties as needed.Supervisory Responsibility: Responsible for supervising Guest Service Team.Independent Judgment: Often within management guidelines and company policies.Working Conditions: Front desk/lobby area with access to entire property.Knowledge/Education/Experience: Minimum two years hotel experience as Front Desk Supervisor or in similar roles; strong English skills.Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements: Excellent customer service, communication, supervision, organizational skills, and basic accounting and computer skills; valid driver’s license and dependability.Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, lifting up to 20 lbs.Additional Comments:- Prioritize safety and security.- Be friendly and courteous at all times.- Uphold DKN Values.#J-18808-Ljbffr
