OverviewThe Manager of P&C; Sales will be responsible for leading a sales team responsible for selling auto, home, and other insurance services inside car dealerships. This leader will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and driving sales growth for the organization. This role requires experience in personal lines P&C; and Insurance sales and marketing, a deep understanding of the independent industry, and strong leadership and management skills. They will also be responsible for managing relationships with the general sales managers of the dealerships and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales initiatives.Base pay range$90,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yrResponsibilities- Execute our current strategic sales process and plans to achieve sales targets and grow the P&C; business and other insurance verticals.
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales associates and representatives to achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
- Stay current on changes and updates to carriers regulations and requirements, and communicate those changes to the sales team.
- Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage and allocate budget and resources to achieve sales goals.Qualifications- Strong desire to understand the complexity of dealership model of selling insurance and sell meaningful solutions that deliver value to our customers and members.
