As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Define and implement the Architecture framework: Definition, Management and Government.Review the methodologies, reference frameworks, artifacts and their scope used in order to measure the degree of maturity of the Architecture in Claro TI.Develop and implement, together with the client, policies/guidelines/reference standards that will be implemented in the different domains.Develop and implement a communication strategy to ensure the adoption of the Architecture guidelines in the company. Indicate the tools proposed for this activity.Implement and train in research and innovation methodologies that allow the implementation of research laboratories and allow the analysis and adoption of new technologies.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Experience in information technology services area (+10 years). He has worked in the financial and telecommunications sectors.Experience as a Senior Architect or Technical Leader in projects of medium and great complexityExperience in different implementation methodologies (waterfall, agile)Experience in Application Modernization projects (preferably in hybrid cloud environments).Experience in Government projects of Digital Architecture or Enterprise ArchitectureExperience in the container paradigm, patterns and principles of microservices, apis,Experience in DevOps practices and agile methodologiesExperience in leading technical teams.Good communication, proactivity, permanent interest in training, taking on challenges, promoting innovation are valued.**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
