- Conduct research to identify customer needs, challenges, and expansion plans.
- Identify the relationship map within the customers’ structure.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Will manage a portfolio of merchants based in different regions/countries.**Qualifications**:- A minimum of 3 years of proven working experience as an account manager or sales executive, preferably in International Sales.
- Proven B2B sales track record
- Experience in customer support
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English.
- Time management and planning skills
- Strong persuader/influencer
Articulate and analytical
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
