Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of cybersecurity tools or frameworks.Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Forensic attention to detail.A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
