As the first point of contact for our passengers, you will play a vital role in managing and building personalized itineraries, handling queries, and offering firstclass travel advice. You will ensure the highest standards of service by maintaining excellent communication, attentiveness, and a keen eye for detail. Success in this role requires not only politeness but also assertiveness, with the ability to make a lasting impression and set the right tone for our passengers adventures.RequirementsQualifications
University degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Communications, Journalism, Marketing with a focus on content creation or customer service
Fresh graduates welcome 12 years experience in tourism or hospitality industry preferred
Fluent in English written and verbal
Availability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidaysResponsibilities
Respond to passenger queries and requests via email, WhatsApp, and phone, determining their needs and providing timely assistance
Create tailormade travel itineraries that contribute to unique and memorable experiences, aligning with passengers travel plans
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective travelers and those currently on their journeys with us
Provide outstanding customer service with the goal of exceeding expectations and setting a positive tone for every tour
Handle complaints and complex situations with professionalism, assertiveness, and care
Perform general administrative duties, including data analysis, liaising with thirdparty agencies Viator, TourRadar, etc., processing refunds, and managing internal customer service tasks
Coordinate with outside tour operators as needed
Promote and integrate other branches of the company that enhance the overall travel experience.Join our team
