With a planned approach to sourcing and hiring talent, we aim to attract the right mix of skills, attitudes, and abilities for Orica.A key requirement is that you are proficient in Portuguese, English and Spanish which will enable us to source talent across LATAM including Brazil, Chile, Columbia, and Argentina.**What you will be doing**:
You will:- Manage end-to-end high volume recruitment including talent pooling based on the regional sourcing strategy.
- Manage all steps of the talent acquisition process including attraction, sourcing, screening, selection, and assessment.
- Support and advise business stakeholders on the assessment & selection framework, encouraging equitable hiring decisions.
- Execute targeted campaigns and projects in response to business needs.
- Measuring and tracking sourcing channel effectiveness targeted at talent segments, developing a personalised approach.
- Have a passion for diversity and inclusion, ensuring we remove unconscious bias from our hiring process.**What you will bring**:- Talent expertise and demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and pro-active approach to resourcing solutions.
- Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in Human Resources post qualification.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
- Strong ability to maintain confidential information.
- Ability to plan, influence & execute.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.**What we offer**:
