- Assistance in general administration of the office.- Office telephone support.- Receive, review and classify invoices and reimbursements from suppliers based on the internal processes that we manage.- Responsible for the analysis and reconciliation of invoices with information from the Guides and Operations Managers team.- Archive accounting documents for internal use and control as well as for external users in the event of an inspection (invoices, copies of contracts, quotes, etc.)- Support to the preparation of cash flows paid to providers with prepaid contracts.- Assist the Accounting team in processes and ad-hoc requirements.- Analyze and follows up on the inconsistencies of the invoices, coming from reimbursements from suppliers or from the Operations team.**Requirements**:
