About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Specialist with strong experience in AutoCAD and Twinmotion.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in producing high-quality architectural drawings, particularly detailed façade designs, and creating compelling visual sequences for architectural products and material assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp with a focus on façade systems.
Create high-quality videos and sequences in Twinmotion to showcase materials, assemblies, and architectural products.
Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to deliver precise documentation and engaging visual content.
Contribute to the design and development of residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
Ensure technical accuracy and aesthetic quality across all deliverables.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural project development.
Proven expertise in AutoCAD, particularly in façade detailing.
Strong skills in Sketch Up & Twinmotion, with a portfolio of rendered videos and sequences.
Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
English Level C1 required
