Requisitos:- Fluent in English required, French highly appreciated and other languages appreciated
- 3 years in a similar position or with similar requirements in a company of comparable complexity and multinational environment
- Expert competency in Salesforce required
- Competency in CPQ (appreciated with Dealhub)
- Strong skills in project managementActividades a realizar:- Oversee roll out of CPQ and CRM features
- Provide technical guidance and lead team towards successfully delivering projects
- Participate to migration projects upon acquisition or integration
- Oversee administration and maintenance of the solutions, ensure system integrity, and manage rights and roles
- Implement and deploy new features or processes in our solutions
- Contact the solution editors for issue escalation and follow up the resolution
- Oversee and participate to set up data exchanges (API) with CMDM, ERP and BI tools
- Contribute to the sales process continues analysis and identify the best practices for central organization
- Ensure resolution of any defects in systemOfrecemos:- Professional development
