In this role, you'll collect, organize, and analyze data, crafting dashboards, reports, and generating hypotheses to guide company decisions. Collaborating with data engineers, scientists, and business stakeholders, you'll contribute to enhancing client and sales experiences through data-driven solutions.What you will do- Identify, collect, and organize data pertinent to marketing activities, ensuring data quality and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain accessible dashboards and reports to consolidate data findings.
- Analyze data to derive actionable insights, translating complex datasets into understandable and valuable information.
- Create visualizations, including charts and graphs, to enhance understanding and presentation of data insights.
- Foster a data-driven culture within the marketing team, emphasizing the importance of data in decision-making processes.
- Act as a liaison among different data-centric groups, keeping abreast of new data sources, analytics methodologies, and technology trends.
- Engage actively in team discussions, contributing to the enhancement of data analysis and reporting procedures.What we are looking for- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst within Growth or Marketing teams.
- Background in roles such as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar.
- Proficient in database management and querying with SQL.
- Experience in programming with Python, R, or other languages for data analysis.
- Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik for data visualization.
- Skilled in Data Visualization (Dataviz) and Explanatory Data Analysis (EDA).
