Experiencia profesional: Con experiencia profesional mínima de 38 meses, que se computa desde la colegiatura, como: Inspector y/o ingeniero inspector y/o jefe de inspección y/o ingeniero y/o responsable y/o supervisor y/o residente y/o jefe de supervisión y/o residente principal y/o director residente y/o jefe residente y/o jefe residente principal y/o ingeniero residente y/o supervisor principal en el servicio de consultoría de supervisión y/o inspección de obras similares.
Certificaciones: Se deben incluir certificaciones relevantes tales como:
Project Management Institute (PMI), Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils (FIDIC), Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE - NEC), Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE International), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), Certificación VDC de la Universidad de Stanford, BuildingSMART International
Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Autodesk, American Concrete Institute (ACI), International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM), IPMA International Project Management Association
