Reporting to the Competency Center Director integral part of Questel’s Competency Center Team, this role is responsible to work closely with the Sales Operations and ERP teams to configure, enhance, and incorporate Salesforce (CRM) and Dealhub (CPQ) to meet the global sales process needs.**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:- Contribute to the ongoing projects of the CRM Team
- Support Salesforce and Dealhub users as an expert
- Roll out CPQ and CRM features for the new divisions in the group
- Support and train users; write user guides and technical documents
- Administer and maintain the solutions, ensure system integrity, and manage rights and roles
- Contact the solution editors for issue escalation and follow-up with the resolution
- Develop customized reports and maintain existing reports
- Setup data exchanges (API) with CMDM, ERP and BI tools
- Contribute to the sales process analysis and identify the best practices for central organization
- Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience:- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a CRM consultant required. In addition, the following combination of education, experience and training which provides the following knowledge, skills and abilities:- Competency in Salesforce which includes a basic understanding of Salesforce Flow Automation, with the expectation of becoming an expert
- Competency in CPQ, ideally with Dealhub
- Comfortable working remotely and within a multinational/multicultural environment
- Ability to work with internal clients and establish strong relationships with all levels of management
- Demonstrated skills in project management, negotiations and problem solving
- Ability to effectively multi-task in stressful situations
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team
- Complete heavy workload within an established time frame
- Motivated with a willingness to take initiative and complete assignments
- Willing to participate in a culture of responsiveness to strengthen relationship and ensure the needs and time of others are met and respected
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in a second language, other than English is advantageous, but not required
