We are seeking a proactive Facilities Administrator Lead to manage and maintain our physical facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. This role oversees preventive maintenance, vendor management, and OPEX/CAPEX budgets, while supporting new site implementations and renovations. Acts as the main liaison between stakeholders, providers, and building management to deliver cost-effective and high-quality operations.🌟Your main responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with SST, quality, environmental, and information security standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and qualification processes.
  • Liaise between tenants and building management to resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain operating licenses, legal permits, and contractual compliance for maintenance, safety, and electrical systems.
  • Handle facilities-related incidents and support new site or remodeling projects.
  • Prepare budgets and cost analyses for improvements and implementations.
  • Supervise external vendors (cleaning, security staff and others).
  • Update the supplier matrix and manage procurement and quotations.
  • Ensure proper handling of personal, client, and company data in line with laws and contracts.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all business information during and after employment.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Logistics, General Services, Maintenance, Facilities, and site implementation, preferably in multinational companies
  • Completed university or technical studies in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
  • Languages: English and Spanish
  • 48 Working Hours / Flexible availability for out of business hours maintenance works and weekends/holidays
  • Experience with internal/external audits and vendor qualification processes.
  • Experience in preparing OPEX and CAPEX budgets and/or knowledge of operating license management.
