Trabajar con líderes y gerentes para crear estrategias, políticas y procesos de RRHH eficaces para ofrecer valor al negocio.Funciones Principales

Reclutamiento y selección de personal.
Supervisión del equipo de trabajo de recursos humanos y seguridad.
Gestión de la formación de los empleados. Relaciones laborales.
Gestión de sistemas de Recursos Humanos.
Gestión del rendimiento.

Requisitos

Se requiere una licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos o Psicología.
Es imprescindible tener entre 5 y 7 años de experiencia como generalista de recursos humanos.
Estudios de especialización y/o posgrados complementarios en recursos humanos y/o administración.
Manejo de sistemas de recursos humanos
Liderazgo en seguridad
Conocimientos normativa laboral
Nivel de Inglés intermedio o superior. (Excluyente)
