In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the company’s growth by identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the early stages of the sales pipeline.As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact between DSwiss and prospective clients. Your work will directly support the Sales team by qualifying leads and creating opportunities for closing deals.Job requirements- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (SaaS experience preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German
- Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with a growth mindset
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex software solutionsJob responsibilities- Drive outbound sales through lead generation and market research

- Schedule appointments and follow up to move leads through the pipeline
