With a strong presence across online platforms and a loyal customer base, they aim to improve the lives of pets and their owners through practical, sustainable products.About The RoleWe're seeking a Senior Visual Designer with expertise in UI/UX design, email marketing, and packaging to lead and execute creative strategies across all customer touchpoints.Key Responsibilities- Lead creative direction for digital and physical experiences (website, emails, packaging, etc.)
- Oversee UI/UX improvements to optimize the customer journey
- Design or supervise the design of marketing emails
- Lead packaging design that aligns with the brand and enhances the unboxing experience
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment
- Manage internal and external designers or agencies as needed
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practicesRequirements- 3+ years of experience in a creative leadership role
- Strong background in UI/UX, graphic design, email marketing, and packaging
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Klaviyo or similar
- Experience working with e-commerce brands is required
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
