IT Business Partner (R), a strategic leadership role that sits at the intersection of science and technology. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between the IT function and the R organization, helping shape and deliver scalable, compliant technology solutions that align with scientific goals.Key Responsibilities:- Lead IT project delivery across Veeva Vaults, GxP systems, and regulated platforms
- Translate R priorities into actionable technology roadmaps
- Manage vendor selection, requirements gathering, implementation, and validation (21 CFR Part 11)
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve scientific workflows and data processesWhat we're looking for:- 8+ years of IT experience within the biotech or pharmaceutical sector
- Strong technical background in R systems, ideally including Veeva Vaults
- Deep understanding of SDLC, GxP, and regulated environments
