Foster client relationships by delivering timely and precise communication to USbased customers via verbal and written channels.
Provide prompt resolution for quotes, claims, esignatures, billing, and other policy requests.
Liaise with external entities to maintain exceptional customer experience.
Maintain customer files and record any transactions with customers in the CRM.
Proactively identify and address customer needs to enhance overall satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with Errors Omissions regulatory standards while executing all tasksWhat We Offer

Starting Salary S. 3200 per month base salary.
Contract Type Fulltime with comprehensive benefits.
30 vacation days annually.
15 salaries per year monthly pay plus bonuses.

Bachelors degree in Management, Hospitality or Humanities or
At least 3 years of Customer Service, Marketing, Insurance or Sales experience.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom
