Join our team that is inspired by a unified vision and propelled by passion.To help us fuel accelerated growth, we are looking for an experienced **Jr Support Analyst.****Duties and Responsibilities**:- Transactional monitoring of the company's merchants.
- Transactional monitoring of collection networks.
- Identify falls of merchants or collectors.
- Establish communications with the technical areas of merchants or collectors to find solutions to incidents.
- Address incidents reported by business areas.
- Execute hotfix for the attention and/or solution of incidents in production.**Minimum Qualifications**:- Graduate of Systems Engineering or Computer Science, related careers.
- Proven experience in the position of 2 years.
- SQL SERVER database (intermediate level).
- Knowledge of AWS (basic level).**Other Job-Specific Skills**:- Knowledge of BI tools.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience in Fintech companies.
- Agile methodologies.
