Position Objective:
Drive strategic Human Resources projects aimed at generating value for the organization by supervising and guiding the current team , while strengthening the department’s capabilities in staff development, training, and organizational culture. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement talent attraction, talent development, training, and performance management programs. Lead internal and external branding initiatives, workplace climate improvement, and corporate events. Develop indicators and reports to measure the impact of HR initiatives. Implement internal communication plans to strengthen organizational culture. Manage special projects aligned with the company’s strategy. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Requirements: Degree in Psychology. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruitment, Organizational Development, Training, and Talent Management. Knowledge of competency-based management, performance evaluation, and training plans. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.RequisitosWhat makes you the best candidate for us? Professionals in Psychology. Client Experience Experience in managing KPI´s Intermediate-advanced English proficiency. (You will work with Chinese clients, who communicate in English.) 5 years of previous experience. Intermediate-advanced Excel skills. Specific Knowledge: Design and execution of training plans. Organizational climate assessment (diagnosis, implementation, analysis). Organizational development tools. Performance management and internal promotion. Design and evaluation of curricula for talent programs. Job profile development methodologies. Talent and culture indicators (KPIs). Learning management systems (LMS) and collaborative tools.
